Inflammation reducing + All around wellness herbal tea blend was curated by me to help with inflammation in our bodies due to illnesses, untreated injuries, infections, pollution in the air, daily stresses, sugar intakes, processed foods.
Chronic inflammation is the the number one underlining root cause of most illness with heart disease being number 1. It also degrades ones quality of life & kills people prematurely. Some illnesses caused by chronic inflammation are Alzheimer’s, arthritis, asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases, eczema &. Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Persistent digestive problems; Gas, bloating, constipation, Inflammatory bowel disease, frequent colds & flus, types os insomnia, some type of headaches, type 2 diabetes, Cancer.
I started my herbal medicine path to help my family, myself, my loved ones & whoever else I come into contact with that wanted to try a holistic approach to healing from within & without.
I created this herbal tea blend at first to help my abuelita with her chronic inflammation from fibromyalgia since nothing that has been prescribed to her has helped her long term. She has thanked me so much for creating it for her & since then my husband & I have also started taking this tea blend, I’ve given it to my parents & my neighbors, basically anyone wanting to try a herbal medicine approach. My hope for this blend is to start opening up peoples minds body’s souls to mother earths medicine & magick while helping our collective heal from such pain. I also highly recommend pairing herbal medicine along with a healthy holistic lifestyle.
*The herbal tea blends I curate are made with herbs & plants that I grow myself in my own magickal garden or harvest from Mother Earth around me that I tend to. If I don’t have a certain herb on hand or run out I always purchase from a source who practices ethical & sustainable harvesting & growing.
